Total Voting Rights
Following the share capital consolidation on a 4 for 5 basis, the Company's issued share capital now consists of 13,709,992 ordinary shares of 12.5p each. Therefore, excluding 169,233 shares held in treasury, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 13,540,759.
The above figure of 13,540,759 may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
