Update re contract

North Midland Construction PLC is pleased to announce that, further to the updates given at the AGM and earlier, the problematic contract at Fiddlers Ferry has now been resolved and has resulted in a cash inflow to the Group. This situation has been ongoing since 2007 and the company is pleased to be able to reach a conclusion.
