Adjournment of Final Court Hearing

The Directors of the Company announce that the hearing of the Court to approve the proposed share premium reduction and capital reduction which was scheduled to take place today, has been adjourned to 19 August 2009 pending the receipt of certain required regulatory approvals in respect of the Disposal from the Autorité des Marchés Financiers and the Financial Services Authority.
