Further to the announcement by F&C Commercial Property Trust Limited on 6 July 2009, F&C Commercial Property Trust Limited confirms that the listings of its Ordinary Shares on the Official Lists of the UK Listing Authority and the Channel Islands Stock Exchange and the trading in its Ordinary Shares on the London Stock Exchange and the Channel Islands Stock Exchange were suspended at 7.30 a.m. this morning, 7 July 2009.
