ANNUAL REPORT AND NOTICE OF AGM

Nature Group PLC ('Nature' or the 'Company'), a provider of port reception facilities and waste water treatment solutions for the oil, marine and process industries, confirms that, in accordance with AIM Rule 20, its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2008 has been sent to shareholders today.

Copies of the 2008 annual report and accounts are available from the Company's registered office at Ordnance House, 31 Pier Road, St. Helier, Jersey, JE4 8PW and can also be downloaded from the Company's website, www.investnature.com.
