Board changes
Max Property Group Plc ('Max' or 'the Company') is a newly-formed Jersey incorporated closed-ended real estate investment Company, with an experienced Board, chaired by Aubrey Adams, and externally managed by Prestbury Investments, which is owned and managed by a team led by Nick Leslau and Mike Brown.
At a Board meeting held today, as anticipated in the Admission Document, Phillip Michael ('Mike') Brown BSc MRICS, aged 48, was appointed to the Board of Max, with immediate effect.
Sandy Gumm has resigned from the Board of Max Property Group Plc, as had been anticipated in the Company's AIM Admission Document, dated 21 May 2009.
Mike Brown is a Chartered Surveyor with 25 years' experience. He was a director of Helical Bar plc from April 1998 and its Deputy Chief Executive from August 2007 until he joined Prestbury Investments in June 2009. During this time he was responsible for all of Helical Bar's investment and trading activities
There are no other matters relating to this appointment which require disclosure under Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) items (ii) to (viii) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
