Dealogic (Holdings) plc ('Dealogic' or 'the Company'), the provider of software, communications and information products to the investment banking industry.
In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, Dealogic wishes to notify the market of the following:
The Company's capital consists of 71,391,140 ordinary shares of 5p each with voting rights. 4,582,191 of these ordinary shares are held in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 66,808,949.
The above figure of 66,808,949 shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
