Update on Nerd Force® UK and Resilience Technology Corporation

Nexus Management is pleased to announce a partnership with Les Dyson, of First for Franchising, to launch Nerd Force® in the UK. Les Dyson has over 20 years' experience launching new franchises in and with his help the Company is confident of Nerd Force's successful entry into the UK market.

Les Dyson, an MBA and Marketing Graduate, started his career with Mars before progressing on to senior management roles with other leading brands within the FMCG industry. Mr. Dyson has since held a number of senior directorship roles - including at Electrocomponents plc and Ronson plc. After founding his own companies - Gerby Limited and Capital Investment Limited -, he became a consultant on investments and acted as a venture capitalist for acquisitions and mergers worldwide, with a particular interest in franchise business models.

Update on Resilience Technology Corporation

Since its acquisition in March 2009, Resilience Technology Corporation ('RTC' or 'Resilience'), now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nexus Management, has made substantial progress. The head office of RTC has been moved from California to Baltimore, where it is easier to interface with the US Government and the local contractor community. The initial take-up of the new migration program CSO 'X' has been very promising, enabling customers to smoothly migrate to the Resilience Firewall platform with immediate expense savings and long-term capital cost reductions. This new program, which was launched in direct response to analyst demand for management innovations on the firewall market, moves clients off competing systems faced with end of life risks. Its popularity has allowed Resilience to sign several new strategic resellers in the USA and Europe. CSO 'X' offers clients an estimated 50% to 75% cost reduction over the life of the contract.

Due to the sensitive nature of network security, Resilience does not name its customers or resellers.

Resilience CEO, Sean Scott, commented: 'Users are looking for cost effective 'plug and play' appliances that work. Our technology's advantages allow Resilience to offer higher value support because our systems simply cost less to maintain.'
