Directors' Shareholding

Intelligent Environments plc, ('iE' or 'the Company'), the online software provider for the consumer banking market, announces that Clive Richards, non-executive Chairman of iE, has today lodged 5,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company with the Corporation of Lloyd's as collateral against an additional underwriting exposure of £450,000. Mr Richards's holding remains unchanged at 22,462,998 shares, which represents approximately 13.47% of the issued share capital of the Company.
