     Change of Directors 

BSG (AIM: BSG), which designs, deploys and operates a range of information technology products, solutions and managed services, announces that James Wheaton, Group Finance Director of BSG, has resigned as director of BSG with immediate effect, as intended by the Offer for BSG by Advanced Computer Software Plc ('ACS'). Mr Wheaton will remain an employee of the business until 31 August 2009. The ACS and BSG management teams thank James for his contribution in building a strong services business and wish him every success in his future endeavours.

To comply with the required number of directors under the BSG articles of association, the Board of BSG is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Watts to the Board of Directors of BSG with immediate effect.
