Director Share Purchase

Walker Greenbank PLC (AIM: WGB), the luxury interior furnishings group whose brands include Sanderson, Morris & Co., Harlequin and Zoffany, announces that Non-Executive Director Fiona Goldsmith, yesterday purchased 45,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 18.5p per share.

Mrs Goldsmith's resultant shareholding is 45,000 shares, equivalent to 0.07 per cent of the total voting rights in the Company.
