Supercart, the UK company involved in the design, marketing and distribution of plastic shopping trolleys, announces that the Company's annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2008, has been posted to shareholders, together with the Notice of the Annual General Meeting. An electronic copy of the Report and Accounts has been made available on the Company's website at www.supercartplc.com.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.00 a.m. on Tuesday 28 July 2009 at the Company's offices 3 The Mews, 16 Hollybush Lane, Sevenoaks, Kent TN13 3TH.
