Result of Annual General Meeting

The Company is pleased to announce that at its Annual General Meeting held today all resolutions proposed to shareholders were duly passed.

Following the approval granted by the general meeting the £1,150,000 in conditional convertible loan notes detailed in the Company's announcement of 2 June 2009 will now be issued.
