Exercise of Options

The Company has today issued 120,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's EMI Share Option Scheme. Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 3 July 2009.

Following the exercise of options, the number of Ordinary shares in Issue has increased to 92,056,421. The number of Ordinary shares held in Treasury is 1,409,575.
