Herencia Resources Plc (AIM: HER), the development and exploration company with a primary focus on developing its Paguanta zinc-silver-lead-gold project in Chile, notes that the Australian resources company Cape Lambert Iron Ore Limited ('Cape Lambert') (ASX: CFE) has completed the transaction to acquire the assets of CopperCo Limited ('CopperCo') (ASX: CUO).

The CopperCo assets include the assets of the Minerals Securities group of companies which includes a 46% shareholding in Herencia..
