The Company was notified today that on Friday 26 June 2009 a SIPP belonging to Mr Carl Thompson, Chief Financial Officer, purchased an additional 10,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ('Ordinary Shares') in the Company at a price of 25 pence per share.

As a result of this transaction, Carl Thompson's disclosable interest in the Company is now 599,921 Ordinary Shares representing 2.79% of the issued share capital of the Company.
