Director Shareholding

The Company was notified today that on 26 June 2009, Mr Andrew Fay, Chief Executive of the Company, transferred 8,518 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 57 pence per share to a SIPP belonging to Andrew Fay. As a result of this transaction Andrew Fay remains interested in 2,253,288 Ordinary Shares representing 19.4% of the issued share capital of the Company.
