The Company was notified on 24 March 2009 that Eurocom Investments LP had purchased 127,119 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at NIS 147 (equivalent to approximately 22.52 pence per share). Eurocom Investments LP now has an interest in 8,935,589 Ordinary Shares, representing 15.09% of the issued share capital and of the Total Voting Rights of the Company.
