Pilat Media Global plc, the London-based AIM-listed supplier of business management software to broadcasters around the world, announces that at today's Annual General Meeting all resolutions, except Resolution 6 (a Special Resolution giving the directors the power to allot shares for cash on a non pre-emptive basis), were passed by shareholders.
