Transfer of Treasury Shares and Total Voting Rights
The Company has today transferred 38,327 ordinary shares of 20p each out of treasury to participants in the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan. The Company now has 211,542 ordinary shares held in treasury.
The Company's issued share capital consists of 17,137,490 ordinary shares of 20p each. Therefore, excluding 211,542 shares held in treasury, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 16,925,948.
The above figure of 16,925,948 may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
