Exercise of Options

Application has been made for the admission to trading on AIM of 266,666 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares'). The Ordinary Shares have been issued pursuant to the exercise of share options.

Dealings are expected to commence on 2 July 2009. The Ordinary Shares will, on admission to AIM, rank pari passu with and be identical in all respects to the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.

Following the exercise of options above, the enlarged issued share capital of the Company now consists of 85,693,986 Ordinary Shares.
