The Board of the Company announces that, on 24 June 2009, a copy of the Company's annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2008 was posted to shareholders. A general meeting of the Company has been convened to be held at Dowgate Capital Advisers Limited, 46 Worship Street, London EC2A 2EA at 11.00 a.m. on Wednesday, 22 July 2009.
