STATEMENT RE TEMPORARY SUSPENSION
Nature Group plc (the 'Company') announce that it will be unable to dispatch its annual audited accounts for the year ended 31 December 2008 by 30 June 2009 and therefore is unable to comply with Rule 19 of the AIM Rules for Companies. The board of the Company has therefore been advised that it should request the temporary suspension of it's shares from trading on AIM until such time as the audited accounts are published and sent to shareholders, which is expected to take place by Wednesday, 8 July 2009.
The delay in publishing the accounts has occurred as a result of a family bereavement of the Company's auditor.
The Board will announce the unaudited results of the Group for the year ended 31 December 2008 at 7.00 a.m. on Friday, 26 June 2009.
