Empresaria was notified on 23rd June 2009 that Miles Hunt, Chief Executive, has transferred 115,000 ordinary shares of 5p each ('Ordinary Shares') to European Pensions Management Limited in respect of Mr Hunt's Self Invested Pension Plan at a price of 40.5 pence per share. However, Mr Hunt's beneficial holding in the Group remains unchanged at 3,963,092 Ordinary Shares representing 8.95 per cent. of the issued share capital of Empresaria.
