At the Annual General Meeting of the Company held at 10.30 a.m. today, Resolutions 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 were duly passed. Resolutions 6, 7 and 8 were not put to the meeting as equivalent resolutions had been passed at the General Meeting held on 15 June 2009.
