SENIOR MANAGEMENT CHANGE

The Board of directors of the Company is pleased to announce the appointment of a new team to assist in the management of the Company with immediate effect.

The Senior Management Team of UKRD Group Limited has assumed responsibility for the executive management of the Company. Together with William Rogers, Chief Executive Officer, and Roger Humm, Group Finance Director, this team includes Phil Angell, Group Programme Director, and James Wenger, Chief Technology Officer. 

Assisting Phil Angell, appointments have been made in respect of Deputy Group Programme Director, Peter Gordon; Group Music Manager, Dave Coull and Group Head of News, Tristan Hunkin.

Roger Humm will be supported by Andy Preece in matters of finance and Val Handley in matters of airtime control.

Town and Country's Jason Bryant, appointed managing director of the Local Stations Division by the Local Radio Company board prior to the take-over by UKRD Group Limited, has agreed to remain in place for a short period to assist the new management team with the handover and resolution of a number of ongoing issues.
