Further to this morning's announcement regarding the exercise of share options, Phillip Blundell and Jerry Mulle have informed the Company of the following ordinary share sales in the Company:-

Phillip Blundell	890,000 shares at 10.40p per share
Jerry Mulle	525,000 shares at 10.40p per share

Following these transactions, Phillip Blundell has 1,060,000 ordinary shares representing 0.64 per cent of the Company's issued share capital and Jerry Mulle has 225,000 ordinary shares representing 0.13 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
