Water Hall announces that on 19 June 2009 Raschid Abdullah, Executive Chairman, transferred 3,000,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of Water Hall ('Ordinary Shares'), at a price of 4.0 pence per Ordinary Share, into his pension fund 'R M Abdullah SIPP' for which he is the sole beneficiary.
Following this transaction Raschid's beneficial interest in Ordinary Shares remains unchanged at 5,929,160, which represents approximately 10.46% of the issued share capital of the Company, but is now split as to 4,901,993 Ordinary shares held in 'R M Abdullah SIPP' and 1,027,167 Ordinary Shares held in his own name.
