This announcement is made in accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules ('DTR') contained in the Handbook of the UK Financial Services Authority, in particular with DTR 5 which is deemed to apply to Max Property Group Plc (the 'Company') under its articles of association. 

The Company was notified on 17 June 2009 by Moore Macro Fund LP, in accordance with DTR 5, following the Company's initial public offering, of its interest in 10,000,000 ordinary shares of 100 pence each in the Company representing 4.55 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
