TRANSFER OF LISTING

BRAZILIAN DIAMONDS LIMITED  (BDY) ("the Company")  announces that  it
has been  notified  by  the  Toronto  Stock  Exchange  ("TSX")  that,
following a review of the Company's application, the Company's shares
will be delisted from the TSX at the close of the market in Canada on
22 June 2009 and will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange at
the opening of the  market on 23 June  2009 under the trading  symbol
"BDY".
The Company's shares also continue to be traded on the AIM market  of
the London Stock Exchange.
