Resignation of Director

Matica announces that further to the AGM Notice which was sent to shareholders convening the AGM to be held at 9.00am on 19th June at the offices of Pinsent Masons, City Point, One Ropemaker Street, London, EC2Y 9AH, resolution 3 on the AGM Notice is to be withdrawn.

Emmanuel Olympitis has informed the Company that he no longer wishes to be considered for re-election as a director and has resigned his position as a non-executive director of Matica with immediate effect.
