Networkers International plc announces that on 18 June 2009 it purchased 719,575 of its own Ordinary Shares to be held in treasury. The shares were purchased at 15p each.

As a result of the above purchase, the total number of Ordinary Shares held in treasury is 719,575 and the number of remaining Ordinary Shares in issue is 92,626,421.
