On 18 June 2009, the Company granted Performance Share Plan Share awards to PDMRs over, in aggregate, 1,293,000 Ordinary Shares of 12.5 pence each under the terms of the Alexon Group 2002 Performance Share Plan ('PSP'). The options are exercisable between 18 June 2012 and 18 December 2012:
