Share Buyback Programme

Networkers International plc announces that pursuant to the passing of the resolution at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 12 June 2009, the Board intends to buyback up to 9,221,537 ordinary 1p shares in the Company when the opportunity arises. The authority conferred by this resolution shall expire in 18 months or, if earlier, at the conclusion of the Company's next annual general meeting.

In buying back the Company's shares, the Board is returning capital to those shareholders who wish to sell their shares.
