The Company has been notified today that Sintec Media Limited ('Sintec') has purchased 770,960 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at 26.5 pence per share. Sintec now has an interest in 9,266,020 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 15.65% of the issued share capital of the Company.
