Landkom International PLC (AIM: LKI, 'Landkom' or 'the Company'), the Ukrainian producer of high value oilseed rape and wheat, announces that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2008, along with a Notice of Annual General Meeting ('AGM'), have been posted to shareholders and may also be viewed on, or downloaded from, the Company's website www.landkom.com. 

Landkom's AGM will be held at College Hill, The Registry, Royal Mint Court, London EC3N 4QN on 26 June 2009 at 3.00pm.
