On 15 June 2009 the Company was notified that Mr William Shenkman acquired 2,350,410,000 ordinary shares in the Company which, together with his existing shareholding of 750,000,000 ordinary shares, brings his total shareholding to 3,100,410,000 ordinary shares representing 8.26% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
