STOCK OPTION CORRECTION

Mano River Resources Inc. (the 'Company') announces that in respect of its previously announced granting of stock options to certain directors, employees and consultants of the Company over a total of 5,200,000 common shares of the Company, the exercise price is Cdn.$0.10 per share (the minimum exercise price under TSX Policy), not Cdn.$0.035 per share as stated in the press release of 21 January 2009.
