Notice of Annual General Meeting
LONDON - Hirco PLC (AIM:HRCO), an investment vehicle for Hiranandani, India's
largest developer of prestigious mixed-use townships, announces that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at The Sydney Room, Park Hyatt Zurich, Beethoven-Strasse 21, 8002 Zurich on 20th July 2009 at 11.00 a.m. local time. The Notice of AGM has been distributed to shareholders and is available online at the Company's website (www.hircoplc.com).
The Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2008 were distributed on 19 March 2009 and are also available online on the Company's website.
