The Company announces it has received notification that, as a result of a disposal of voting rights on 4 June 2009, GLG Partners LP decreased its interest in RPL to below 3 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.

The above notification was made on the basis of the Company's current issued capital, which consists of 88,764,646 ordinary shares of 1p each, all with voting rights.
