Notification of Interest

RPL announces it was notified on 9 June 2009 that the direct interest held by Lloyds Banking Group plc in the capital of the Company had increased to more than 5%. Lloyds Banking Group plc has a total interest in RPL, direct and indirect, of 9,671,823 ordinary shares representing 10.896% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The above notification was made on the basis of the Company's current issued capital, which consists of 88,764,646 ordinary shares of 1p each, all with voting rights.
