Result of Annual General Meeting

Deal Group Media plc (AIM: DGM), an independent online marketing group, announces that all resolutions put to shareholders at the Group's Annual General Meeting held today were duly passed.

The resolutions passed by shareholders at the AGM included a resolution to change the Group's name to Asia Digital Holdings plc. Application to reflect the name change will be made to the London Stock Exchange as soon as practicable and a further announcement will be made when the change becomes effective.
