                               Issue of Equity

The Board announces today that it has raised £150,000, before
expenses, from a Placing of 15,000,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the
Company at 1p per share (the "Placing Shares"). The Placing Shares have been
issued to clients of a private client stockbroker to satisfy investor demand.

The net proceeds of the Placing amounting to £142,500 will, in
part, be used to reduce the indebtedness of the Company and to provide working
capital generally.

Application has been made for the Placing Shares to be admitted to
trading on AIM. Admission of the Placing Shares is expected to become
effective and dealings are expected to commence in these Shares on AIM on 17
June 2009. Following the issue of these shares, the Company will have
940,105,031 ordinary shares in issue.
