Disposal of interest in Silk FM Limited

The Local Radio Company Plc announces that yesterday it disposed of its Silk FM Limited subsidiary for a nominal consideration. The transaction is not a substantial transaction for the purposes of Rule 12.

Silk FM is the Radio Licensee serving Macclesfield. The holding has been acquired by Dee 106.3 Limited.
