Annual General Meeting

In the announcement of the Company's preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2009 which were released on 15 May 2009, it was incorrectly stated that the Annual General Meeting of Mercury Recycling Group on 19 June 2009 would be held at Courthill House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire.  

As correctly stated in the notice of the Annual General Meeting attached to the audited report and accounts, which were posted to shareholders on 16 May 2009, the Annual General Meeting of Mercury Recycling Group will be held at the Company's head office, Mercury House, 17 Commerce Way, Trafford Park, Manchester, M17 1HW on Friday 19 June 2008 at 11:00 am.
