Education Development International plc ('EDI' or 'the Company') has been notified, today 9 June 2009, that Mr Wynford Dore disposed of 500,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 5 June 2009. Following this disposal Mr Dore now has an interest in 4,500,300 shares in the Company, representing approximately 7.8% of the issued share capital of the Company.
