Notice of class meeting
On 4 June 2009, the Company announced that the class meeting of the holders of ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company save for Sal. Opp. jr. (the “Class Meeting”) had been adjourned as a quorum of members was not present. The Company announces that it posted a letter to shareholders yesterday including a notice to reconvene the adjourned Class Meeting at 9.00 a.m. on Wednesday 17 June 2009 at the offices of the Company at 4 Hill Street, London W1J 5NE.
