The Board announces that Guy Chant, non executive director, has resigned from the Board with effect from Monday 8 June 2009. The board wishes to express its thanks to Guy for his contribution over the years.

On completion of the proposed funding round, as detailed in the EGM circular to shareholders of 12 May 2009, additional directors will be appointed to the Board.
