Annual Report and Accounts

Integrated announces that it has posted the annual report and financial statements of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2008 to shareholders, which includes a notice of annual general meeting ('Notice of AGM') to be held at the offices of the Company at 4 Hill Street, London W1J 5NE at 11.30 a.m. on 30 June 2009.

Copies of the Company's annual report and financial statements will shortly be available on the Company's website (www.integratedam.com) in accordance with Rule 26 of the AIM Rules for Companies.
