ICB Subsidiary’s Quarterly Results


ICB Financial Group Holdings AG ("ICB" or the "Group")
ICB's Subsidiary Bank - 1st Quarter Results ended 31 March 2009

ICB wishes to announce that International Commercial Bank SH. A. ("ICB
Albania"), a wholly-owned subsidiary bank of ICB is required to publish its
quarterly results pursuant to The Bank of Albania's regulations. The 1st
quarter results ended 31 March 2009 of ICB Albania can be found at 
www.icbankingroup.com.

Whilst it is not the Group's normal policy to release the consolidated results
of our subsidiary banks, ICB Albania in this case is required to do so under
its Central Bank's regulations.

ICB further wishes to note that the quarterly results of ICB Albania are not
material to the Group as a whole.
